Researchers have started a project with the aim of creating another vaccine for cervical cancer. They are working to extract a substance from the tobacco plant that could be used in a new vaccine that would prevent cervical cancer. Researchers from the University of Louisville who helped invent Gardasil, Dr. A. Bennett Jenson and Shin-je Ghim, are also working on this new project. The primary difference between the two vaccines is the cost.
The new vaccine will cost $3 dollar for three doses, while the cost of three doses of Gardasil is $360. This would make it affordable for developing countries like India, where the disease is the most common malignancy among women.
COMMENT: There can be little doubt that the tobacco industry will get a huge boost from this research too. If they are insisting on a cervical cancer vaccine, at least this one would gut the profits from Merck...that is, if it would be available in the US. Looks like they are making this vaccine for third world countries. Merck may not allow it to be approved here so it can keep its massive profits intact.
Instead of the vaccine, there is an easier, more natural way, to fight cervical cancer.
In a placebo-controlled human trial, 200 mg/day I3C, a readily available supplement from extracted cruciferous vegetables, resulted in complete regression of cervical precancerous growth in four of eight patients, and 400 mg/day resulted in complete regression in four of nine patients. In the placebo group, none of the patients had complete regression. Results indicate that I3C has potential therapeutic affects against HPV-induced growths in the cervix. (Reference: PMID: 10926790 ) These were small studies, but there are many other articles in PubMed that identify I3C and DIM as molecules that can prevent cervical (and breast) cancer.
DIM, like I3C, is present in broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and Chinese cabbage. Each DIM is formed from the combining of two I3C molecules. In some studies in which I3C was fed to animals, about 4% of what left the stomach turned into DIM. The problem with I3C is unstable, has a very short shelf life, and the product breaks down into inactive metabolites. DIM is has a stable shelf life and is the reason it is a better supplement.
Bottom line: Cervical cancer may be a nutritional deficiency, especially in Third-World countries. No vaccine is needed at all.

Vaccinating Teens: Pharma's new market
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HSS) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) released the 2007 recommended immunization schedule in January 2007. For the first time, vaccines recommended for infants and young children and vaccines recommended for older children and adolescents have been divided into separate tables.
The table for older children outlines the recommendations for ages 7 to 18 years, including routine immunization with human papillomavirus vaccine (HPV), conjugate meningococcal vaccine (Menactra), and diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis (DTaP) vaccine (Boostrix), with catch-up immunizations for hepatitis B, polio, measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella vaccines. In addition, reminders that certain high-risk teens should be immunized with pneumococcal vaccine, hepatitis A vaccine, and annual influenza vaccine are included.
COMMENT: In 2001, I attended the Advisory Committee of Immunization Practices (ACIP) meeting at the CDC to speak out--on the record--against the proposed mandatory smallpox vacciation. The agenda for the two day meeting included a discussion surrounding the need to make room for the many new vaccines on the "already crowded" pediatric vaccination schedule.
Dr. DA Henderson, best known for his participation in the World Health Organization's Global Smallpox Eradication Campaign, sauntered up to the microphone and suggested that a new schedule should be created specifically for adolescents. He said many more vaccines were coming and ACIP needed to plan ahead. I distinctly recall the words he said: "We need to have a schedule for teens. We will be vaccinating them, as we should..." It was a chilling prediction of the future.
More than twenty new vaccines are under devlopment for teens. If doctors missed the opportunity to vaccinate them early-on, they will be given another chance. This new schedule expands pharma's market share and creates an opportunity for new life-time customers in vaccine-injured teens.

Mom: Take Care of Yourself
Moms spend most of their time--and their money--taking care of their children. But who would take care of your child if you were diagnosed with breast cancer.
Women are urged to get their mammogram. However, mammography is a late test. It does not prevent cancer; it detects cancer. Women place unreasonably high hopes on the ability of the technology to reduce their risk of cancer. A recent study, published in Annals of Internal Medicine, reported that women typically overestimate the risk reduction capability of a mammogram by more than 100-fold.

Children Damaged; Billions more for Wyeth
Wyeth announced that a team of its scientists involved in the discovery, development and manufacture of Prevnar, the 7-in-1 vaccine for strep infections, was awarded the 2005 National Medal of Technology today by President George W. Bush at a White House ceremony.
The National Medal of Technology, the nation's highest honor for technological achievement, is given to "individuals, teams, and companies for outstanding contributions to the nation's economic, environmental and social well-being, and recognizes those who have made lasting contributions to the United States standard of living and quality of life through technological innovation."
Bernard Poussot, President, Chief Operating Officer and Vice Chairman, Wyeth stated that, "This award is a testament to these outstanding scientists and is exemplary of the rich talent that is driving leading-edge research at Wyeth that will contribute to the improvement of global public health [MEANING BILLIONS FOR WYETH] for years to come."
The World Health Organization (WHO) announced in March 2007 its position to support the priority inclusion of pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV-7) in national immunization programs worldwide.
COMMENT: Wyeth raked in more than $300M this quarter alone on this vaccine and if the WHO approves it, countries around the world will be required to purchase it. I was recently told a story of a healthy baby girl who received a Prevnar vaccine during routine vaccines. She spiked a temperature of >105 degrees, was in pediatric ICU for more than a month and now has permanent brain damage. Carnage like this goes on as scientists get medals from the White House for "great achievments." And of course, Wyeth isn't liable for a dime of the medical costs that have suffocated this family. Their child is considered the "sacrifice of a few for the Good of the Whole."
Instead of being honored, they should be arrested as criminals.

Fooling with Mother Nature
It has been reported that Prevnar, the vaccine for seven strains of pneumococcal bacteria, has been behind the decreased incidence of pneumonia and ear infections in children. But when bacteria or viruses are eliminated, more aggressive microbes evolve. One particular strain of strep that is emerging, serotype 19A, is causing more invasive disease than the others have in the past. The new bug is called "replacement disease."
It happened with Hemophilus influenza b, the organism that used to be the most common cause of ear infections in kids. That microbe was eliminated when the HiB vaccine was introduced in 1991. In its place, aggressive strep bacteria became the most common causes of ear infections and pneumonia. Since the introduction of Prevnar in 2000, the most common types of strep in circulation were eliminated. The replacement disease--in addition to serotype 19A--is a highly aggressive bug for serious meningitis, Neisseria meningitidis. Now what is recommended? A new vaccine for meningitis (Menactra), that can result in paralysis called Guillian barre.
The overall "effectiveness" of the vaccines will continue to erode. You can't fool with Mother Nature for very long.

Gardasil: The Damage and The Death Count Rise
In February, 2007, 82 reports of adverse reactions to the Gardasil vaccine. In June, there were 1,600 reports and now, by mid-July, the number of reported reactions has risen to 2,207. The breakdown of those stats is even worse than the total number:
- 31 were considered life threatening;
- 1385 required emergency room visits; 451 had not recovered;
- 51 females were disabled;
- 5 girls--ages 12, 15, 19 and two unknown--had died.
Judicial Watch reported that "Side effects published by Merck & Co. warn the public about potential pain, fever, nausea, dizziness and itching after receiving the vaccine. Indeed, 77% of the adverse reactions reported are typical side effects to vaccinations. But other more serious side effects reported include paralysis, Bells Palsy, Guillain-Barre Syndrome, and seizures."
It is reported that 3,700 women die per year from cervical cancer. Note that deaths are among women, not children. Yet children are being maimed and killed by this vaccine.
Call your State legislator; our collective voices must become louder than the voice of Merck's lobbyists. We must all work together to this vaccine from becoming mandatory in every state.

"Children are being used as guinea pigs..."
rrVaccination is a a risky and potentially deadly vaccine experiment. I've been saying that for years. Now, a new book claims by Dr Richard Halvorsen says:
"The truth is the Government continually misleads us over vaccines. There are unfounded claims about their safety and effectiveness. I believe jabs may be doing serious harhm to hundreds, if not thousands, of children every year."
His book, The Truth About Vaccines, to be published later this month and currently only available on Amazon.uk, will embarrass the British government. Similar to the US government, the Brits have promoted childhood vaccines as "safe and effective" and consistently played down possible risks. The book will bears out claims by Dr Andrew Wakefield, currently being prosecuted by the General Medical Council after he challenged the safety of the MMR vaccine.
Children are injected with 150 vaccine antigens by the time they start school in the U.S. According to Dr. Halvorsen:
"There’s been no proper testing of the long-term effects of this on the developing immune system. We know the rate of immune system disorders such as eczema, asthma and diabetes are rising dramatically in kids less than five years of age. It seems entirely possible vaccines have contributed to this. The UK schedule of vaccinating at two, three and four months is one of the earliest and most compact in the world. This comes with a risk of greater side-effects, and I am concerned we may be giving too many vaccines at an early age.”
I wonder if he used my DVDs as part of his book research? I hope so...one more person spreading the word. However, he qualifies his work by saying, "I'm not anti-vaccine."
It is time for experts to stand up and say, "I AM anti-vaccine....and proud of it!"

$75,000 Offered For MD to Publicly Drink Vaccine Additives
Jock Doubleday, director of the California non-profit corporation Natural Woman, Natural Man, Inc., has offered $75,000 to the first medical doctor or pharmaceutical company CEO who publicly drinks a mixture of standard vaccine additives.
On August 1, the offer will go to $90,000 and will increase $5,000 per month, in perpetuity, until an M.D., a pharma executive or any of the 14 relevant members of the Advisory Committee of Immunization Practices (ACIP--persons on this committee approve vaccines for use) agree to drink a body-weight calibrated dose of the vaccine additives. Not surprisingly this offer has been on the table since 2001. No MDs have been willing to swallow what they are willing to routinely inject into children.
The additives would be the same as those contained in the vaccines recommended for children and would include thimerosal (mercury); ethylene glycol (antifreeze); formaldehyde; and aluminum and many others.
The problem with this offer is that the person who chokes it down will most likely send it north in a matter of minutes. When the poisons are injected, they remain there and wreck havoc on the child's health.
However, doctors are strapped for cash these days due to skyrocketing malpractice insurance premiums and dwindling insurance reimbursements. It is only a matter of time. When the pot gets big enough, someone will take Jock up on his offer. I would love to be there when that happens.

Wyeth Grows by Billions...thanks to vaccines
Wyeth's earnings jumped 13 percent in the second quarter on higher sales for the arthritis drug Enbrel and the pneumonia vaccine Prevnar, spurring the company to raise its economic forecast for 2007.
"Strong growth for Enbrel and Prevnar internationally should fuel earnings growth for the next few years,'' said Barbara Ryan, an analyst with Deutsche Bank in New York.
The facts are heartsickening but true. Doctors are responsible for drug company profits. Doctors no longer seem to have an understanding about health. A doctor will defend giving drugs and injecting vaccines stronger than he will rebel when someone insults his mother. Drugs are the answer; vaccines save the world. Through medicating and vaccinating, the world gets sicker and the drug companies grow obscenely rich.

Prevnar: Dr. J. Bart Classen told the FDA in 2000 that Prevnar may be causing an estimated 400 to 700 children to develop insulin dependent diabetes per every 100,000 children vaccinated. The diabetes may not occur for up to 10 years after a child has been vaccinated.
The total annual economic cost of diabetes in 2002 was estimated to be $132 billion, or one out of every 10 health care dollars spent in the U.S. Doctors vaccinate with Prevnar, making Wyeth rich. Then Aventis and Eli Lilly get rich from the sale of insulin, needles and pumps.
Enberl: This is a drug that blocks the production of a molecule called tumor necrosis factor (TNF). People that have rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune diseases have too much TNF in their bodies. One down side is that Enbrel can increase the risk of infections. Another problem with Enberl? It is obscenely expensive: $1,000 per month per person. A study conducted jointly by the American College of Rheumatology and the American Academy of Pediatrics reports nearly 300,000 children in the United States have significant arthritis. Many are candidates for this drug.
Despite assurances by the Institute of Medicine and the FDA that vaccines have no association with arthritis, a review of medical literature suggests differently: Hepatitis b and MMR have a strong assocation with arthritis. Leading A Horse To Water
This is a common question: "How can I convince ______ to not vaccinate?"
Fill in the blank with "my mom," "my sister," "my friend," you name it. There are so many to educate!
The question isn't silly...but it does have rather a "silly" answer: It's that ol' expression about leading a horse to water.....Another answer is "When the student is ready, the teacher appears." If the person you are trying to "convince" isn't ready to hear your information, there isn't much you can do to change their mind.
But here are some things you *can* do:
1. Be "Joanna Appleseed"...keep spreading the seeds but take no responsibility about making them sprout. Remember the Parable of the Sower?
"A sower went out to sow his seed: Some fell by the way side; and it was trodden down, and the fowls of the air devoured it. And some fell upon a rock; and as soon as it was sprung up, it withered away, because it lacked moisture. And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprang up with it, and choked it. And others fell on good ground, and sprang up, and bare fruit an hundredfold." Luke 8:4-8.
By my calculations, that's at best a 25 percent success rate (and could actually be less). You can't convince those who do not want to hear, and you can't convince all of them....yet. But you can stay strong in your personal convictions...and keep sowin' them seeds!

"We broke down the doors and vaccinated them..."

I was quoted in the Hib vaccine news story from 4 July (see Hib vaccine could save thousands in Asia), but perhaps due to constraints of column space, I feel justice was not done to what I said.
My main argument against the research findings from Bangladesh is not that it does not make economic sense, but that the study is seriously flawed. The visible enthusiasm of the sponsors of the study must not be allowed to cloud scientific objectivity.
In the study, cases of pneumonia were compared with a control group without pneumonia. Because more children in the control group received the Hib vaccine, the researchers considered the vaccine to prevent pneumonia. I was quoted in the Hib vaccine news story from 4 July (see Hib vaccine could save thousands in Asia), but perhaps due to constraints of column space, I feel justice was not done to what I said.
My main argument against the research findings from Bangladesh is not that it does not make economic sense, but that the study is seriously flawed. The visible enthusiasm of the sponsors of the study must not be allowed to cloud scientific objectivity.
In the study, cases of pneumonia were compared with a control group without pneumonia. Because more children in the control group received the Hib vaccine, the researchers considered the vaccine to prevent pneumonia. "My child was normal, happy, and healthy. He was walking, learning to talk and playing with his siblings. He was on track developmentally, and everything was normal. At his one-year well baby check up, the doctor said it was time for his next round of shots. Unquestioning, the shots were given. Within weeks, he was autistic."

New book: The Truth About Vaccines
In the spring of 2000, GP Dr Richard Halvorsen was commissioned to research the safety of the measles, mumps, rubella vaccine (MMR). He had vaccinated hundreds of children and confidently expected 'to be able to reassure readers that the vaccine was of clear benefit and that side effects were either not serious or extremely rare'.
A few weeks later, he had unearthed a very different – and disturbing – story, which forms the basis of his new book The Truth About Vaccines. The Inquisition of an International Hero
While the British General Medical Council (GMC), the equivalent of a U.S State Medical Board on steroids, is taking Dr. Andrew Wakefield to task for daring to suggest that autism could be caused by the MMR vaccine, the number of children with autism in the U.K. continues to climb.
On July 8, 2007, researchers from Cambridge University's Autism Research Center in London released a report estimating that one in every 58 children (not just boys) in the U.K suffers from "some form of autism disorder" compared to previous estimates of one in 100.[1] The reality of that statistic should make one gasp: Nearly two percent of the citizens of the U.K. will become mentally handicapped adults.
The current population of the United Kingdom is estimated to be nearly 61 million.[2] Two percent of the population, more than 1,200,000 adults, eventually be living on drugs to manage their behavior. In twenty years, more than a million persons will be taken from the ranks of teachers, engineers, shop owners, doctors, lawyers, policemen and firemen. In addition, a significant portion of the population will be employed to care for adults incapable of caring for themselves.
Many adults with severe autism could live very long lives. Some may have asthma and others bowel disorders, but unlike children with a true genetic disorder such as Down's syndrome, autistics could live well into their 70s or 80s. Who will care for them? Feed them? Bathe them? Who will wipe their bottoms? Persons with autism have not lost their health; they have lost their minds. What if one in 58 children were suddenly going blind or becoming deaf? If vaccines were the suspected cause, would doctors robotically continue to vaccinate and explain away the travesty by announcing a desperate need for more seeing-eye dogs and cochlear implants? How much destruction of human life is necessary before the medical profession stops genuflecting to a methodology that should have become a relic of history, similar to leaches and blood letting?
The United Kingdom is a relatively small country. What will its society look like, with 1.2 million autistic adults in its midst? Imagine this as the opening scene of a movie, set in 2037:
…The opening camera shot scans a British street, typical and narrow, bustling with activity. As the camera zooms in, it becomes apparent that something is disturbingly wrong. Dozens of adults with blank stares are wandering aimlessly through the streets flapping, drooling, and shouting frequent, unintelligible words. Shopkeepers are concerned for their safety as these over-sized, unemployed adults, mostly men, bang on doors and nearly break windows, searching for food and shelter. Overwhelmed social workers do their best to keep these strong, frightened creatures under control… This is a science fiction story that may become a reality show in a few short years. Perhaps Dr. Wakefield had a similar vision of the future as he tried to stop the triple-vaccine jab from ruining the future of his country.
Several years ago, Dr. Wakefield and I were speakers at an autism conference in Dallas. On Saturday evening, Andy delivered the keynote speech at a dinner that doubled as a fund raiser for the sponsoring organization. I remember his words, and his stately British accent, as clearly today as the night he spoke them.
He told the story of his journey from a classically trained pediatric gastroenterologist into the world of autism. Parents implored him to examine their children who had developed autism and severe bowel disorders soon after receiving the MMR vaccine. Was there a connection? Colonoscopies were performed and the tissue samples from the each of the children surprisingly contained vaccine-strain measles virus. In 1998, he was the lead author in a paper published in The Lancet which concluded, “We did not prove an association between measles, mumps and rubella vaccine and the syndrome described…Further investigations are needed to examine this syndrome and its possible relation to this vaccine.”[3]
It was impossible to predict that this single, observational paper would lead to years of vile phlegm being spewed at him for the mere suggestion of an association between a vaccine and autism. He concluded this part of his story with a reflection that, had he foreseen the onslaught that was to follow, perhaps he would have treated the children without fanfare and without publishing his findings.
The personal and professional attacks began shortly after his case report was published. Undeterred, his research continued. He told of a time when he hand-delivered well-designed studies to a top Merck executive, imploring him to examine the data that strongly suggested an association between the measles virus and autism. In a follow up conversation with this very senior executive, Dr. Andy asked, “Did you bother to read any of those studies I gave you?” The Merck executive flatly replied, “We don’t have to.”
We don’t have to? Does that mean Merck makes the rules about the MMR? Does that mean Merck can defy the research? One thing was certain: The good doctor had poked a stick in the eye of an unfriendly giant named Merck. The giant joined forces with his powerful buddies in the Public Health Department and British National Health Service. Together, they worked every angle to ensure that any connection between the MMR vaccine and autism would not be accepted.
At the close of his speech, Andy directly addressed the conference speakers and the activist parents in the room. He chose his words carefully and delivered them with laser focus. He asserted that those who work tirelessly to expose the truth about vaccines are the last hope for seriously ill, vaccine-injured children. “We must continue,” he said, “no matter how difficult the road, no matter how serious the consequences. We must fight for these children….because if we put down the flag and surrender when the going gets a little bit tough, who else will do it? Who will dare pick up the torch and carry it forward if we quit? There will be no one...no one. And the next generation of children…and the next…will be forever lost.” The profoundness of his words hung in the air; there was no movement for a very long time. Each person knew, unequivocally, he spoke the truth. One by one, the hands came together. The applause crescendoed to a roaring, well-deserved standing ovation.
That night in Dallas was in November, 2003. The dogged determination of many to expose the truth about vaccines is beginning to make a difference. The world is waking up as the problems are no longer anomalies. Parents are questioning the once-size-fits-all vaccination policies dictated by the minions of pharma. Moms and dads are standing firm, resisting the pressure from White Coats to vaccinate. They are refusing to inject their precious babies with more than 100 vaccine antigens prior to kindergarten. They are deciding that their children can be healthy with plenty of sleep, exercise, clean hands, fresh water, and good food.
Whistleblowers and brave hearts are more often executed than honored for their courage. By refusing to recant his scientific findings to save his license to practice medicine, Dr. Wakefield is facing the tyranny of medical power. Barbara Loe-Fisher, co-founder of the National Vaccine Information Center, described it this way: “The spectacle this British Medical Inquisition is creating for the world to see will have repercussions far beyond the martyrs it will make. People are not stupid and they will not soon forget that medical doctors inside and outside of the British government so feared one man's scientific discovery about vaccination that they felt they had no choice but to destroy him and anyone who stands with him.”

Tyelnol no help with vaccine reactions
Vaccine reactions, such as fever and soreness at the injection site, are so frequent that most doctors call them "normal." Nurses advise Tyelnol to help, and sometimes even suggest giving the medication before the vaccine.
However, a new study confirms that Tyelnol does not help to prevent reactions:
Conclusion: Use of prophylactic acetaminophen and ibuprofen may reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in young infants receiving DTwP (whole cell) vaccine; however, DTwP has been replaced with DTaP. No no benefits have been demonstrated for this vaccine when evaluated in children aged 4-6 years, or with any other vaccine currently in use. Thus, neither drug can be recommended prophylactically to prevent vaccine-associated adverse reactions.

HPV vaccine coming for boys and men
In Europe and Australia, the HPV vaccine is approved for use with males, ages 9-15. However studies in the US have only just begun and have not yet proven any effectiveness in boys or men.
Merck, which manufactures the popular HPV vaccine Gardasil, hopes to conclude tests next year to prove the benefits Gardasil can offer men. It will likely take years for the FDA to approve the HPV vaccine for use with male patients. Although the vaccine is approved for women, men can purchase the vaccine off-label at the cost of around $500.
COMMENT: Perhaps men should be tested for the HPV virus and use condoms if they are positive. Since this vaccine has not been tested to see if can cause cancer and no one knows if it will cause infertility down the road, men, boys--and little girls--should be wary of rushing to get this vaccine.

Link between Vaccines and Diabetes

Data reveals siblings of diabetics have an extremely high risk of developing vaccine induced diabetes. The hemophilus vaccine for example may cause over 2% of these children to develop diabetes. Other vaccines have an effect of similar magnitude. US Senators have writen FDA to take action however no action has yet been taken.For more information GO HERE

Besides overseeing development of the company's products, he has acted as a biotechnology consultant advising several New York investment firms. Dr. Classen was employed at the National Institutes of Health in the Laboratory of Immunology, NIAID, between 1988 and 1991 before leaving to found Classen Immunotherapies in 1991. He received his M.D. from the University of Maryland in 1988 and his M.B.A. from Columbia University in 1992

Welcome!
Welcome to "Saying No To Vaccines"
I have been investigating the "contrarian view" of vaccines for the last seven years, logging more than 8000 hours in personal research. I have complied an extensive electronic files consisting of articles from medical journals and news services, CDC documents, and websites. Keeping up with the vaccine industry requires more than two hours of my personal time every day.
Why am I so devoted to this "cause"? Have you ever heard the expression,
“Some things you pick…and some things pick you”?
I got drawn into the ever-changing, emotionally charged vaccine debate after attending the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) meeting in September 2000. I was troubled by what I had heard and decided to search for answers by going straight to the leading vaccine “authority” in the country: the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Imagine my surprise—and dismay—when I discovered that most of what I had accepted as The Truth about vaccines really wasn’t the truth at all. Here are a few examples:
-Vaccines have not been responsible for the irradication of diseases, such as polio and smallpox.
-Vaccines have never been proven safe.
-When a vaccine is called “effective”, it doesn’t mean that it is “protective.”
-During a vaccine research study, a second vaccine is used as a “placebo” instead of an inert substance.
-Vaccines are not “relatively harmless”…as thousands have been injured, and have died, as a result of vaccination.
And the list goes on and on.
From that first NVIC meeting through the middle of 2007, I have invested a large portion of my life into reseaching vaccine-related information. That level of commitment is necessary to keep abreast of the “vaccine issue” because it is a big topic, some of which includes:
· The current pediatric vaccination schedule: As of 2007, there are eight vaccines included in the routine childhood, and up to 20 more are anticipated to be developed for adolescents by 2010.
· Adult vaccines: Some of the vaccines on the pediatric schedule are also given to adults. In addition, there are at least 9 separate adults adult/travel vaccines.
· New vaccines under development: There are reported to be more than 200 vaccines “in the pipeline.” In addition, new adjuvents, new additives, new culture media (including the use of human stem cells) and new delivery technologies are under continual development. In addition, there are an entire caudrey of bioterrorism vaccines being considered.
· Vaccine politics: Exemption laws, national mandates (example—smallpox mass vaccination attempts) and issues in the media are constantly in motion and need to be updated.
· Medical issues: The skyrocketing autism epidemic, thimerosal/mercury toxicity issues, and the rampant childhood epidemics—asthma, allergies, eczema, ADD/ADHD and cancer—are all being scrutinzed as part of the “vaccine-injury spectrum.” Substantiating the connection between disease and vaccination by using articles published in the conventional medical literature is part of my ongoing research.
To be involved with the vaccine issue requires not only intense commitment and dedication, but passion. I have all of these….so, as you can see, this is an issue that “picked me.”
I am frequently asked “my position” on vaccines. That position has evolved over time, but in a nutshell:
>I oppose the “one-size-fits-all” public health policy imposed by state rules and implemented by physicians regarding childhood vaccination.
>I oppose a system that forces parents to make decisions based on fear. Any physician who forces a parent to vaccinate through threats—threatening to turn them into Children’s services for “medical neglect” or threatening to dismiss them from their medical practice—is not the physician you want caring for your family’s health. I am opposed to those behavors.
>I support the right to refuse any medical procedure, including the right to refuse a vaccination. As the President of the board of directors for the American Association for Health Freedom, a signifant portion of my time is devoted to "defending the patient's right to choose and the practitioner's right to practice." I have found that once people understand the real risk of the “vaccine-preventable” infections vs. the risks of vaccines designed to prevent the infections, people can make an informed decision about vaccines. I believe people should be allowed to make a choice regarding which risk they are willing to accept.
>I am in favor of true informed consent, which means a person is told the full spectrum of pros and cons regarding a medical option and is given the choice to refuse this therapy. Our current public health policy wants to take away the right to refuse vaccines.
>I am pro-information. Most of the information given to the general public by the CDC, the American Academy of Pedatrics and even the family doctor is incomplete and even deceptive. Information stimulates discussion. Vaccination needs to be questioned and debated. That cannot occur without information to support a contrarian position on vaccination. My information is fully referenced for your review. You can see that I have not taken the material out of context.
>I sincerely believe that vaccines cause more harm to the health of individuals than the “protection” and “benefit” they are proclaimed to provide.
I am passionate about sharing the information I have unearthed because…
* I have seen first-hand the havoc wreaked by vaccines on the immune systems of the many children treated over the years at our clinic, OsteoMed II.
* I have seen the desperation in the eyes of parents—desperate to get their “baby back” to the way s/he was before a vaccine.
* I have cried with broken hearted parents who wished beyond all reason that they had taken the time to investigate the potential risk of vaccines before they were forced to make that “on-the-spot decision” of whether or not to vaccinate, knowing that with additional information, they would have chosen differently.
What started as an inquisitive investigation has evolved into NMA Media-Press, an education company dedicated to bringing the debate surrounding vaccination—and other health controversies—to the forefront for examination and discussion. NMA does this through production and sales of educational materials: videos, DVDs, audio CD’s, written articles and manuals, and books.
NMA Media-Press is committed to producing information that is well documented and as timely as possible. It is a daunting task to keep up with the information disseminated by the Vaccine Industry: the CDC, the pharmaceutical industry, the medical community and the media.
Deciding whether or not to vaccinate your child is one of the most important decisions you will have to make in your child’s life. It is my sincere hope that the information provided in this manual and other materials will help you to be more confident with the decisions you make.
