Wyeth Grows by Billions...thanks to vaccines

Wyeth's earnings jumped 13 percent in the second quarter on higher sales for the arthritis drug Enbrel and the pneumonia vaccine Prevnar, spurring the company to raise its economic forecast for 2007.

"Strong growth for Enbrel and Prevnar internationally should fuel earnings growth for the next few years,'' said Barbara Ryan, an analyst with Deutsche Bank in New York.

The facts are heartsickening but true. Doctors are responsible for drug company profits. Doctors no longer seem to have an understanding about health. A doctor will defend giving drugs and injecting vaccines stronger than he will rebel when someone insults his mother. Drugs are the answer; vaccines save the world. Through medicating and vaccinating, the world gets sicker and the drug companies grow obscenely rich.

Prevnar: Dr. J. Bart Classen told the FDA in 2000 that Prevnar may be causing an estimated 400 to 700 children to develop insulin dependent diabetes per every 100,000 children vaccinated. The diabetes may not occur for up to 10 years after a child has been vaccinated.

The total annual economic cost of diabetes in 2002 was estimated to be $132 billion, or one out of every 10 health care dollars spent in the U.S. Doctors vaccinate with Prevnar, making Wyeth rich. Then Aventis and Eli Lilly get rich from the sale of insulin, needles and pumps.

Enberl: This is a drug that blocks the production of a molecule called tumor necrosis factor (TNF). People that have rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune diseases have too much TNF in their bodies. One down side is that Enbrel can increase the risk of infections. Another problem with Enberl? It is obscenely expensive: $1,000 per month per person. A study conducted jointly by the American College of Rheumatology and the American Academy of Pediatrics reports nearly 300,000 children in the United States have significant arthritis. Many are candidates for this drug.

Despite assurances by the Institute of Medicine and the FDA that vaccines have no association with arthritis, a review of medical literature suggests differently: Hepatitis b and MMR have a strong assocation with arthritis.
